CFP Committee Chairman Jeff Long Responds To Twitter Critic

Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long is the chairman of the College Football Playoff Committee. Each week, he goes on the air after the rankings are revealed and explains the committee's thought process for slotting teams where they did.

Obviously, not everyone likes Long's explanations. One Twitter critic mentioned Long in a tweet directed at sportswriter Pat Forde, commenting on Forde's personal rankings and taking a shot at Long's criteria for judging teams.

Long responded to the tweet in humorous fashion.

Well, clearly Long did read that particular tweet. Now, does he care about that guy's opinion? Hardly seems that way, nor should he.
