Michigan football star Chase Winovich might be hinting at his status for Saturday's game against Ohio State at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Winovich, the Wolverines' star senior defender, was injured in last week's victory and his status for this weekend's rivalry game is up in the air.

The standout Michigan pass rusher might be hinting at his availability for Saturday's game on his Instagram Story, though.

Check out what Winovich just posted on his account:

Of course, this is all speculative, but that doesn't look like something a person would post if they're not playing in the game.

Michigan star quarterback Shea Patterson told reporters earlier in the week that he thought Winovich would play against Ohio State.

"You'd have to kill him to take him out," Patterson said. "I'm not sure on the progress yet, but he's a tough guy.

"I've talked to him. He says he's feeling better. I'd assume he'd play but you never know the severity of it. Knowing him, I think he'll play."

We'll likely get a final update on Winovich come Saturday morning.

Ohio State and Michigan are set to kick off at noon E.T. The game will be on FOX.
