LSU's magical season continued this evening, as the Tigers notched another top 10 win, taking down Auburn at home. Ed Orgeron's No. 2-ranked team topped their rival Tigers with a 23-20 win.

Coach O's team improved to 8-0 with the win today. The Tigers now head into the bye week, with a game against No. 1 Alabama coming next.

It was a huge win for LSU, which remains in SEC championship and College Football Playoff contention.

Coach O took time following the win to pay respect to Auburn's defense, which gave his offense trouble all game.

It's an extremely classy move, but you don't expect anything less from Coach O at this point.

LSU now heads into its bye week. The Tigers will be off until Nov. 9.

Alabama is set to host LSU in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 3:30 p.m. E.T.
