Coaches Poll: Final Top 25 Released Following Title Game

We have a final Coaches' Poll top 25.

The final Coaches' Poll top 25 has been released following the end of college football's 2016 season, which saw Clemson defeat Alabama in the national title game.

The Coaches' Poll is fairly different than the final AP Poll, as Oklahoma is at No. 3 in the Coaches' Poll, while USC, No. 3 in the AP Poll, is at No. 5.
