Colin Cowherd is tired of hearing about how good the SEC is.
The SEC was known as the top football conference in the nation over the past few years. However, after its recent struggles in the postseason, many have been questioning the legitimacy of the enitre conference. Of course, Alabama is one of the top programs in the country, but what about the rest of the league?
Colin Cowherd is not a fan of people talking about how great the SEC is, and he unloaded on the conference, its coaches, and the fans.
Not only does Cowherd suggest the SEC isn't the best conference, he also says both the Big Ten and the ACC are better. He might not be wrong, especially when citing the 6-7 record in bowl games for the SEC last season. Now, the Big Ten fared even worse than that, so maybe Cowherd's argument loses some traction there, but the ACC performed the best out of any of the Power 5 conferences last year.
Oh yeah, and Clemson won the national title.
It's a debate that will rage on, but the SEC surely isn't a dominant as it once was, and it might not be the best conference in football anymore.
