Through six weeks of the college football season, a true upper class has emerged.
Obviously, Alabama is the clear cut No. 1 team in the country. Some slight defensive concerns aside, the Crimson Tide have been a dominant force, with Tua Tagovailoa putting together one of the most prolific seasons for a quarterback in recent memories, despite a relatively low snap count.
Behind them are 2017 College Football Playoff participants Clemson and Georgia, Big Ten power Ohio State, and an upstart Notre Dame team that looks very dangerous since the move to Ian Book at quarterback.
This week, we have some big games on Thursday and Friday, before another nice Saturday slate.
Among the most interesting games are ranked battles between No. 2 Georgia and No. 13 LSU in Baton Rouge, No. 7 Washington’s trip to No. 17 Oregon, and No. 15 Wisconsin at No. 12 Michigan.
Now, for our picks this week…
