On Friday morning, ESPN's Chris Fowler had awesome news to share with the sports world. Lee Corso will return to "College GameDay" this Saturday.

"Awesome news! Look who's back?! Mr Corso reunites with the @CollegeGameDay gang tomorrow up in Bozeman, Montana," Fowler announced on Twitter. "Hope LC packed his warmest coat! Seeing him on my TV tomorrow will warm my heart."

Corso last appeared on "College GameDay" on Oct. 22. He has been sidelined with health-related issues.

Unsurprisingly, college football fans around the country are thrilled that Corso is returning to the spotlight this weekend.

"Awesome news," one fan responded to Fowler's tweet.

"I sure hope LC is bundled up and warm for Bozeman tomorrow," another person said. "It's going to be around 0 temperature wise for College GameDay! Great news that Lee Corso is back. He has been dearly missed."

"Will be great to see coach back," a third fan wrote.

It's no secret that "College GameDay" is at its best when Corso is with the rest of the crew.

This Saturday's show will preview an FCS showdown between Montana and Montana State.

As always, "College GameDay" will begin at 9 a.m. ET on ESPN.
