Saturday morning, ESPN College GameDay will be in Fort Worth for a game with College Football Playoff implications. No. 15 TCU hosts No. 4 Ohio State in a non-conference battle.
Thursday afternoon we learned who the celebrity guest picker will be for the show. ESPN announced that WWE star Roman Reigns will join the GameDay analysts on Saturday morning.
Leati Joseph Anoaʻi, aka Roman Reigns, will join the GameDay crew at Fort Worth ahead of the matchup that will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Saturday night.
Here's the announcement.
It's another interesting choice from the Worldwide Leader after opening the season with country singer Luke Bryan for a contest between Notre Dame and Michigan. Bryan has no affiliation with either program, much like Reigns - who also has no clear link to TCU or Ohio State.
Reigns played collegiate football at Georgia Tech where he was named All-ACC during his senior season. He played briefly in the NFL before signing with the WWE in 2010.
The show will kick off at 9:00 a.m. ET on ESPN Saturday morning.
