College GameDay Staff Makes Week 13 Picks For 2019 Season

ESPN College GameDay is in Columbus, Ohio ahead of Saturday's huge matchup between Ohio State and Penn State. The game will likely decide the Big Ten East and determine which team gets to move on to the league's title game.
This week's celebrity guest picker was former Ohio State running back Eddie George. George took the Buckeyes to roll over the Nittany Lions on Saturday afternoon.
