Colorado vs. Washington preview:

Talk about the surprise of the college football season. Colorado is in the Pac-12 title game and is the No. 8 team in the country. Did anyone see that happening? The Buffaloes enter this game on a six-game win streak, including two wins over ranked opponents. Their only two losses this season came against Michigan and USC. Yeah, Colorado is for real.

The Huskies responded to their first loss of the season by trouncing Arizona State 44-18 and dominating Washington State by a score of 45-17. Now, they face a tough Colorado squad dead set on spoiling Washington’s hopes of a College Football Playoff Berth. It will likely be their toughest challenge yet, but they have a great quarterback to rely on in Jake Browning and a stout defense as well.

The Buffaloes and Huskies have played 15 times in history, with the Huskies holding a 9-5-1 advantage.

Colorado vs. Washington prediction:

Washington has won six in a row against Colorado, but this one is different. The Buffaloes are the Cinderella Story of the college football season, but faces their toughest opponent yet.

Both teams are stout on defense, but the edge in this one comes down to quarterback play. Jake Browning, of Washington, is one of the best quarterbacks in the nation, and will showcase that ability against one of the toughest defenses in the country.
