The head coach and his quarterback shared a special moment in the locker room.
Monday night was a frustrating one for Clemson’s football program, with the Tigers unable to get anything going in the Sugar Bowl loss to Alabama.
It was an especially rough night for Kelly Bryant, who completed only 50 percent of his passes and threw 2 interceptions against a stifling Crimson Tide defense. He got yelled at pretty hard on the sideline by Dabo Swinney, too.
Bryant and Swinney shared a special moment in the locker room after the loss, though.
Scott Eisberg, the sports director for WCIV in Charleston, captured Swinney consoling Bryant following the loss.

Swinney said after the loss that Clemson will “be back.” It’s tough to doubt him.
