College football analyst Danny Kanell has updated his personal rankings following Week 9 of the 2019 regular season. There's been a little movement inside his top eight.
The college football analyst still has Clemson at No. 1, despite the fact that multiple teams - Alabama, LSU, Ohio State - are also undefeated and have played better.
Kanell has included a couple of new teams in his top eight this week, too.
Here are his rankings:
- Ohio State
- Penn State
At this point, the fourth College Football Playoff spot is very much up for grabs. You would think that the winner of the ACC (Clemson), the winner of the Big Ten (Ohio State or Penn State) and the winner of the SEC (Alabama, LSU, Georgia) are locks. Who gets the fourth spot? It could be another SEC team, it could be the Big 12 champion, it could be the Pac-12 champion.
We're going to have a very fun final month of the season, that is for sure.
