Earlier this week, college football analyst Danny Kanell suggested UCF should get a shot at the College Football Playoff. In doing so, Kanell used Georgia as an example opponent for the Knights.
The college football analyst thinks the Knights have as good a shot at taking down Georgia as Oklahoma did during the 2017 season. With an unstoppable offense and sub-par defense, the Knights are comparable to the Sooners, which is exactly Kanell's point.
He thinks UCF deserves a shot to show what it can do on the national stage in the College Football Playoff. Kanell revealed he thinks the playoff should have eight teams, "so a team like UCF can have a legit chance."
