NFL legend and Hall of Famer Deion Sanders is a head coach at the collegiate level for the first time, taking over at Jackson State earlier this month.

On Saturday morning, Sanders made an appearance on FOX Sports' Big Noon Kickoff. Former star running back Reggie Bush asked Sanders how he plans to recruit.

Sanders noted everyone on the Big Noon Kickoff crew. "I want a coach like an Urban Meyer, I need a quarterback like a Matt Leinart and I need an all-purpose guy like a Reggie Bush. Let's just start right there."

As for Coach Urban Meyer, Sanders asked the former Ohio State coach when he's coming back to the collegiate ranks. "When are you coming back? And whoever you don't sign, I want them," Sanders said to Meyer.

Urban said, "I'll come with you if you let me call the plays." Sanders had an incredible response, "Unfortunately at an HBCU our budget don't consist of what you're used to."

Meyer hasn't been away from college football for long, but fans around the country are wondering when he'll return to the game.

The three-time national champion doesn't do anything except win. From Utah to Florida to Ohio State, Meyer proved he's one of the best coaches in college football history.

If he does leave the broadcast booth sometime soon, where will he land next?
