Desmond Howard Trolled Ohio State, Washington Big Time After The Playoff Games

Desmond Howard gives his take on ESPN.

ESPN college football analyst Desmond Howard apparently was not impressed with the competition level on Saturday night.

Saturday night, both Alabama and Clemson won in impression fashion, setting up a national title game rematch for the first time in college football history. While that game should be fantastic, unfortunately, the two leading up to it were not. Alabama took care of Washington, 24-7, in a game that was never really in doubt. Meanwhile, Clemson crushed Ohio State 31-0.

ESPN's Desmond Howard, after the end of the Fiesta Bowl, trolled Ohio State, Washington and the selection committee with a sarcastic tweet. Check this out:

Howard has a point, considering the quality of the games. But at the same time, these did look like the four best teams in the country when the regular season ended. The main gripe, of course, was some fans believing Penn State should have gotten in over Ohio State.

Regardless, at least we have a title game rematch. Howard has to be pleased about that.
