Erin Andrews' Peephole Case Causes Bashing Of Hotel For 'Disgusting' Defense
Erin Andrews' lawsuit against the owners of a Nashville hotel and the man who secretly recorded video of her naked inside her room continued today. The FOX Sports' reporter left the court room on Friday in tears.
The 37-year-old personality is seeking $75 million in damages from Michael David Barrett — the man who recorded the videos — the management of the Nashville Marriott hotel at Vanderbilt University and Windsor Capital Group, the hotel’s parent company. In 2008, Andrews, then working for ESPN, was filmed in the nude in her room by Barrett, who was using a peephole.
Today, the defense team made the following claim.
