ESPN Predicts College Football's 10 Winningest Teams In 2019

The 2019 college football season is now just days away, as Florida and Miami will kick off the season in a special "Week 0" game on Saturday night.

The preseason Coaches' Poll and Associated Press poll have been released and projections for the year are rolling in.

Who's going to end up winning the most games?

ESPN's Football Power Index has made its projections.

1. Clemson: 12.3 - 0.7
