ESPN College GameDay Analyst Not Buying Texas A&M

The college football guru isn't buying the Aggies as an elite team this season.

Don't bet on Texas A&M to win it all this season.

That's the advice of ESPN College GameDay betting guru Chris Fallica, a.k.a "The Bear," anyway.

Fallica joined The Paul Finebaum Show last week to discuss college football's national championship odds. He likes LSU, at 20-1, as a good bet. "I think LSU offers the best value," he said.

The Bear isn't buying the Aggies, though.

Texas A&M, at 100-1, isn't worth it, Fallica thinks.

"In terms of the worst bet? Oh gosh, people are still buying into Texas A&M. But their quarterback situation and losing a bunch of those skill guys, it doesn’t seem like A&M is ever going to get it altogether on the same page," he said, per 247Sports. "Even though A&M looks like they’re a good bet on paper with all those potential NFL players, I would take a stand against A&M."
