The Football Power Index has made its pick for the top conferences.
ACC: Clemson - 65.7 percent chance
Big 12: Oklahoma - 54.6 percent chance
Big Ten: Ohio State - 58.2 percent chance
Pac-12: Washington - 46.4 percent chance
SEC: Alabama - 52.2 percent chance
There was plenty of chaos in Week 10, with No. 6 Ohio State, No. 7 Penn State, and No. 11 Oklahoma State all losing.
