ESPN Has 2 Top 15 Teams On "Upset Alert" In Week 9

Week 8 of the 2019 college football season featured arguably the most-shocking upset of the season, when then-undefeated Wisconsin lost to Illinois. Will we get any big upsets in Week 9?

ESPN's Football Power Index has two notable teams on potential "upset alert" heading into the ninth week of the season.

Here's who could potentially go down on Saturday.

No. 6 Penn State at Michigan State

Upset chance: 30.1 percent
