ESPN Names "Biggest Potential Upset" In Pac-12 This Season

Watch out for this game.

Every year, without fail, there are major upsets in college football. They shake up conference and national title races and give fans bragging rights.

ESPN thinks this Pac-12 team could get picked off outside of the conference.

College football writer Mark Schlabach has made predictions for the 2017 season and has included a “biggest potential upset” category for each league.

Schlabach's pick for a potential Pac-12 upset is a non-conference game: Wyoming over Oregon in Laramie on Sept. 16.

Oregon is coming off a down year and this game on the road, but a loss would still be surprising.

Then again, Wyoming has a quarterback (Josh Allen) who could be a top-10 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. That might give them a puncher's chance.
