Week 12 of the 2018 college football season has arrived.

There aren't a ton of top 25 matchups on the schedule this week. What does this mean, usually, when it comes to the college football world? Upsets are coming.

Right on cue: four ESPN reporters are picking one of the top teams in the country to fall.

Four ESPN reporters have decided to pick No. 12 Syracuse to upset No. 3 Notre Dame in New York, as the game is being played at Yankee Stadium.

This would be Notre Dame's first defeat of the season. It would, in all likelihood, eliminate the Fighting Irish from College Football Playoff contention.

Notre Dame and Syracuse are set to kick off at 2:30 p.m. E.T. on NBC.
