ESPN Predicts The Winners Of Week 4's Biggest Games

Week 4 of the 2019 college football season might be the best one yet, with a couple of major games with serious College Football Playoff implications.

The fourth week of the season is highlighted by Michigan's trip to Wisconsin and Notre Dame's trip to Georgia, though there are several notable contests.

ESPN's Football Power Index has made its picks for Week 4's top game winners.
