ESPN Releases New Top 25 Poll After Week 13

Week 13 of the 2019 college football regular season is in the books. We've got just one more full weekend of the regular season.
ESPN's Football Power Index has updated its top 25 following all of the action on Saturday. There's been somewhat of a shakeup, with Oregon being upset by Arizona State and Ohio State beating Penn State at home.
The Buckeyes are No. 1 in ESPN's latest computer rankings.
