ESPN Releases Week 10 College Football Power Rankings Top 25

ESPN has updated its college football power rankings following Week 9 of the regular season, which featured a couple of upsets and a couple of big-time performances.

The Worldwide Leader has LSU (8-0) at No. 1 in the country following the Tigers' home win over Auburn. The Joe Burrow-led Tigers have looked as good as anyone so far this season.

Alabama, which awaits LSU on Nov. 9, comes in at No. 3. Ryan Day's Ohio State team is sandwiched in between them at No. 2.

The College Football Playoff race, meanwhile, is heating up. There appear to be six or so legitimate contenders at the moment, with a couple of teams on the outside looking in.

The first College Football Playoff rankings will be released next week.
