Michigan once again fell in a big game on Saturday night. The Wolverines were topped by Penn State at Beaver Stadium in State College, Pa.

Jim Harbaugh is now 1-10 against top 10 teams during his time in Ann Arbor. He's 1-7 on the road against ranked teams and 0-8 as an underdog.

That's...not good.

Harbaugh's Wolverines got down early to the Nittany Lions, trailing 21-7 at halftime, and never got it closer than a touchdown.

The Wolverines' head coach was reportedly optimistic at halftime, though. Harbaugh reportedly made quite the prediction to ESPN sideline reporter Maria Taylor.

"This will be our finest hour," Jim Harbaugh told Maria Taylor.

Welp, it wasn't.

Michigan lost to Penn State, 28-21, to drop to 5-2 on the season. The Wolverines can still have a respectable year, but the College Football Playoff and Big Ten championship hopes are gone.
