ESPN Has 2 Top Teams On "Upset Alert" Today

Week 8 of the 2019 college football season featured one of the biggest upsets of the season, when then-undefeated Wisconsin lost a shocking contest to Illinois. Are more upsets coming in Week 9?

The ninth week of the season is set to kick off in a couple of hours. More upsets could be on the way later today.

ESPN's Football Power Index believes we could have two big upsets in Week 9.

Here are two top 15 teams ESPN has on "upset alert" today.

No. 6 Penn State at Michigan State

Upset chance: 30.1 percent
