ESPN's Early Picks For The Power 5 Conferences In 2019

ESPN's Football Power Index released its early projections for the 2019 college football season last week. The projections include a couple of surprises.

Clemson comes in at No. 1 in the rankings for the second straight year. The Tigers are coming off a national title blowout win over Alabama.

There are some notable absences from the top 10, including Ohio State and Texas.

What teams are projected to be the best in their respective conferences?
