ESPN's Picks For College Football's Biggest Week 5 Games

Week 5 of the 2019 college football season is arriving and, hopefully, it'll be as eventful as Week 4 (which featured Michigan's embarrassing blowout loss at Wisconsin, Georgia's close win over Notre Dame and more).
