ESPN's Updated Predictions For College Football Rivalry Games

We're a month into the 2019 college football season and, while some top programs have lived up to the hype, others have not.

ESPN's Football Power Index made predictions for college football's rivalry games heading into the season, but it's time to re-evaluate those picks.

Here are the FPI's new predictions for college football's biggest games.

Notre Dame vs. USC

Winner: Notre Dame, 82.9%
