Recruiting is a major part of a head coach's job. With the new National Signing Day coming into effect this week, it's time to take a look back at some of the best recruits to every play college football.

The best recruiters in the game tend to have better teams. Nick Saban turned Alabama into a monster thanks to tremendous recruiting, while Urban Meyer has Ohio State consistently at the top of the recruiting rankings.

But who are the highest rated recruits for each school since 247Sports' recruiting rankings began in 2000?
