Tonight's Urban Meyer rally didn't feature a large number of Ohio State fans, but it did feature a well-known one. Stacy Elliott was in attendance.

The father of former Buckeye star Ezekiel Elliott was one of the most prominent figures at the rally, which was held outside Ohio Stadium. Elliott wore his son's No. 15 OSU jersey in red.

He even spoke to the media during the gathering. Not surprisingly, he defended Meyer strongly.

Stacy Elliott's appearance comes a few days after he took to Twitter to back up Meyer, who is on administrative leave and under investigation for his handling of domestic abuse allegations against former assistant coach Zach Smith.

"Nothing has changed We stand with @OSUCoachMeyer #GoBucks !!" Elliott tweeted.

According to an announcement on Sunday, Ohio State plans to conclude its investigation of Meyer in the next two weeks. At that point, a punishment, if there is one, will be announced.

Anything from a suspension to being dismissed is on the table. Offensive coordinator Ryan Day is serving as the interim head coach in Meyer's absence.
