Ohio State's rookies are having quite a time in the NFL.
Ezekiel Elliott has probably been the best of Ohio State's rookie class, leading the NFL in rushing through eight weeks. The former Buckeyes' star running back, taken No. 4 overall by the Dallas Cowboys, has totaled 799 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
ESPN's NFL Live did some midseason awards today. Elliott cleaned up.
Both the Cowboys and Ohio State have massive fan bases, so it's not really a surprise that one of their players would win a fan vote.
Still, Elliott has been ridiculous impressive, and he seems to be the clear frontrunner for offensive rookie of the year in the NFL.
