Life as a college head coach has gone well for Deion Sanders. He began his coaching career at the FCS level with Jackson State, where he was able to change the program with top recruits and renewed interest in HBCU football as a whole.

Sanders is only two games in at Colorado, but he's been exceptional with wins over TCU and Nebraska. The Buffaloes are No. 18 in the country, a far cry from the one-win season the team experienced a year ago.

Sanders may be less than one month into his time at Colorado, but some have wondered if he would consider coaching in the NFL.

Fox Sports' Joel Klatt says that Sanders is against the idea.

"Deion doesn't want to coach in the NFL," Klatt said on The Herd with Colin Cowherd. "He's told me that point-blank to my face."

Fans are reacting to Sanders' decision.

"Damn, I would’ve liked seeing him coach a team, but I understand, it’s about the kids for Prime," one fan said.

"Would love to see Prime stay in college and build a juggernaut," another fan said.

"I agree with this. Unless Jerry goes nuts and puts Primes face in the Cowboy star or something lol," one fan said.

Sanders is only two games into his time at Colorado, and it appears that he's on the verge of doing something special with the talent he's been able to bring in. We'll see how things go for the rest of the season.
