Former Ole Miss offensive lineman Michael Oher is in the news again this week. Oher, the subject of the Oscar-winning film The Blind Side, filed a petition to end a conservatorship with the Tuohy family.

The family took Oher in and helped him earn a scholarship at Ole Miss, their alma mater.

Oher says that the family made millions from the film while he received nothing as a part of the conservatorship, but the Tuohy's lawyers say everyone in the family - Oher included - received $100,000.

Hugh Freeze, who coached at Ole Miss during Oher's time with the school, recently weighed in on the situation.

Freeze, who now coaches at Auburn, said that he loves both parties and thinks that the situation is "sad."

Fans are reacting to Freeze's comments.

"I definitely know Michael Oher is telling the truth now," one fan said.

"Consider me completely unsurprised by Hugh Freeze’s take on this," another fan said.

"Totally took in America too if you’re looking at it from a certain point of view," one fan added.

"In case there wasn’t enough evidence already out there of Hugh Freeze being a total POS he removes all doubt," another fan said.

It seems that fans are convinced that Oher's telling the truth in this scenario, and that Freeze's assessment of the situation isn't exactly in line with what really happened.
