Florida State five-star offensive tackle Landon Dickerson has decided on his graduate transfer destination.

Dickerson, a top-40 recruit in the 2016 class, entered the NCAA's transfer portal earlier this spring and received interest from several major programs.

The former elite recruit will be playing in the SEC next season.

Dickerson has committed to Alabama.

BamaOnLine first reported the news:

Florida State graduate transfer offensive lineman Landon Dickerson has committed to Alabama over Texas A&M and plans to arrive on campus in August, a source with knowledge of the recruitment tells BamaOnLine.

Dickerson spent the weekend in Tuscaloosa on official visit.

Dickerson, a rising redshirt junior, will be eligible to play right away in 2019. He was rated a five-star recruit coming out of high school by 247Sports.

Alabama is expected to start the 2019 season ranked No. 1 or No. 2 in the country.
