Florida State Lineman Broke His Foot In A Scooter Accident
The Seminoles' lineman will be out for a while.
A Florida State lineman will be sidelined for two months recovering from a scooter accident.
Seminoles' offensive lineman Brady Scott broke his foot when his scooter got hit by a car.
The news was broken by Barstool Sports' Pardon My Take and then confirmed by Scott on Twitter.
Scott, a freshman, chose Florida State over Mississippi State, Georgia Tech and Wake Forest. He also had a scholarship offer to play baseball at South Carolina. Scott wasn't expected to receive any meaningful playing time this fall.
FSU opens its season on Saturday, Sept. 2 against Alabama.
