The Georgia Bulldogs were riding high before last weekend, but an upset loss to LSU on the road completely changed the mood in Athens. While the SEC titans definitely hurt their chances of making the College Football Playoff, quarterback Jake Fromm clearly isn’t giving up on the season.
Fromm had his worst performance of the season, throwing two interceptions and completing just over 47 percent of his passes.
However, the sophomore star shows no signs of letting his shortcomings define him. With five games left in the regular season, Fromm left an inspiring message for his supporters.
“Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance”

Sure, there are an abundance of fans calling for Justin Fields to start under center, but Fromm continues to prove he’s a leader. Besides, one game shouldn’t determine whether he’s the starting quarterback.
Last season, Georgia was one quarter away from winning the national championship.
If the Bulldogs can win out the rest of the season, they’ll be in excellent shape. Nonetheless, Georgia’s title hopes will rest upon the shoulders of its young gunslinger.
