Alabama is having little difficulty with Southern Miss at Bryant Denny Stadium today, as the Crimson Tide are leading the Golden Eagles, 28-0, early in the second quarter.
Nick Saban's team is having some injury trouble at kicker, though.
Alabama freshman kicker Will Reichard was getting looked at in the medical tent at the beginning of the second quarter.
Reichard has since gone into the locker room with the trainers.
Reichard will reportedly not return to the game, according to Alabama's sideline report.
"Alabama sideline reporter, Rashad Johnson reports on the Crimson Tide Sports Network that Reichard will not return today, he has a lower extremity injury," Ryan C. Fowler tweeted.
Reichard was 4 of 7 on the season with a long of 49 yards coming into today's game against Southern Miss. He was 19 of 20 on extra points.
Alabama has had several kicking issues in recent years and it appears that another thing can be added to the list.
Stay tuned for the latest on Reichard.
Update: Reichard, according to Nick Saban, has a pulled hip flexor. "Will Reichard has a pulled hip flexor, which as a kicker may be difficult for him to manage."
It's unclear how long Reichard will be out.
