Jabrill Peppers Offers Great Perspective On Michigan Finishing Behind Penn State

Michigan linebacker Jabrill Peppers isn't upset about his team finishing behind Penn State in the final College Football Playoff rankings.

Penn State, by virtue of winning the Big Ten title, was already headed to the Rose Bowl - regardless of whether it finished in front of or behind Michigan in the final College Football Playoff rankings. But some Wolverines fans were still upset to see the Nittany Lions come in at No. 5, with Michigan No. 6, when it all became official on Sunday afternoon. Why? Because Michigan crushed Penn State when the two teams met earlier in the year.

Michigan linebacker Jabrill Peppers offered some great perspective on Sunday. He praised Penn State for turning its season around, adding that his team had a shot but lost down the stretch. The Nittany Lions, for the record, will play USC in the Rose Bowl.

Props to Peppers for offering Penn State some congratulations.

Michigan, meanwhile, will meet Florida State in the Orange Bowl. Both games should be fantastic.
