Jalen Hurts has been sensational for Oklahoma this season, but the Alabama transfer has been somewhat mistake-prone as of late, and it might end up costing the Sooners in a major way.
Oklahoma is trailing Baylor, 13-10, at halftime of the Big 12 Championship Game.
Hurts made a critical mistake at the end of the first half, allowing the Bears to get right back into the game. The star quarterback threw a brutal interception, leading to a Baylor touchdown.
Oklahoma’s QB needs to clean it up in the second half.
Hurts has been struggling with his ball security for several weeks now.
Can't recall any QB quite like Jalen Hurts, who is simultaneously on Heisman lists while also repeatedly committing these brutal turnovers.

Hurts wasn’t great outside of the turnover, either. He’s thrown for 127 yards on 6 of 11 passing, though a lot of those yards came after the catch by CeeDee Lamb. Hurts has just six rushing yards on 10 attempts.
Jalen Hurts is having the perfect college career:
-be immediately popular as a freshman
-graduate ahead of schedule
-LET LOOSE senior year. get reckless. take chances
