Spring is a difficult time for students everywhere. Once the weather finally makes a turn for the better, it becomes more difficult each day to find the motivation to go to class rather than spend the day in the sun.

That holds true for athletes as well. Freshman linebacker Micah Parsons may have found out the hard way, that skipping class will have consequences, especially when your head coach decides to show up for said class.

On Tuesday afternoon, Penn State football coach James Franklin showed up to class, and it appears Micah Parsons was absent.

Check it out.

Parsons will likely be running a little extra in practice if he was, in fact, not there.

Penn State football players are expected to sit front and center in class, but first and foremost, they're expected to show up. It's not a good look for Parsons, who looks to be one of the team's starting linebackers this season.

Of course, he could have been in class this whole time, but the video cut off early. It's impossible to tell.
