Jermaine Burton, one of the top wide receivers in the 2020 class, is off the board. The Calabasas (Calif.) four-star recruit announced his commitment to LSU on Saturday.
Burton officially visited the Tigers earlier this month. He chose LSU from a list of 20 scholarship offers.
Burton is the No. 7 player in California and the No. 7 wide receiver in the 2020 class, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings. He’s also the No. 35 player in the nation.
With Burton’s commitment, LSU now has pledges from the No. 7 and No. 8 wide receivers in the 2020 class. Kayshon Boutte, the eighth-ranked wideout, committed to the Tigers back in the fall.
