Here's what Michigan's head coach wants to see on Opening Day.

Happy Opening Day!

Baseball is back and noted glove-wearer-at-the-ball-park Jim Harbaugh has a somewhat odd request for the MLB on its first day (yesterday's fake 'Opening Day' with like three games doesn't count) of the season.

Michigan's head coach is asking the grounds crew at MLB ballparks to not water the infield today. He wants the dust to swirl like it did in the old days with Hank Aaron and Willie Mays.

Weird request, but he's actually kind of right. You definitely don't see as much dust in today's MLB as you do in highlights from the 1950s and 60s.

Today's slate of games begin at 1 p.m. E.T. The New York Mets are set to take on the Atlanta Braves at Citi Field on ESPN in the first nationally-televised game of the day.
