Harbaugh-to-the-NFL rumors have started.

The Los Angeles Rams have "very real" interest in Jim Harbaugh, according to Colin Cowherd, according to Albert Breer.

Breer, an NFL insider for Sports Illustrated's MMQB, appeared on Cowherd's Fox Sports' show last week. After the interview, Cowherd said, "By the way, Albert Breer on the way out said that Jim Harbaugh to the Rams rumor is a very real thing."

It was recently announced that Fisher had signed an extension with Los Angeles, and Harbaugh appears quite happy in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The Rams making a change wouldn't be shocking, though. Los Angeles dropped to 4-9 on the season on Sunday following a 42-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Harbaugh and Michigan are currently preparing for an Orange Bowl contest against Florida State.
