Will Jim Tressel ever return to coaching?
Today is an important day for former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel.
The show-cause penalty given to Tressel by the NCAA as a result of the tattoo-gate scandal ended on Monday, meaning the national champion head coach is now eligible to return to coaching with no strings attached.
Does that mean that he will be back on the sideline? Who knows.
Tressel, 64, is now the president at Youngstown State University, and, by all accounts, he very much likes that job.
The former leader of the Buckeyes is a very successful head coach, though, so there will probably be some schools that express interest in him.
Tressel was 106-22 as Ohio State's head coach, going 66-14 in Big Ten play, winning six conference championships and the national title in 2002.
What do you think, Buckeye fans? Can you see Tressel making his way back into coaching?
