FOX Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt released his preseason top 25 poll on Saturday afternoon. It's a bold one.

Klatt is extremely high on Nebraska, ranking the Huskers at No. 13 heading into the season, despite the fact that Scott Frost's team is coming off a 4-8 season.

The FOX Sports analyst is also really high on another Big Ten team: Michigan State.

Klatt has the Spartans right ahead of the Huskers at No. 12 in the country.

Here's his entire top 25:

One of these top 25 teams has already suffered a loss, as his No. 18 team, Miami, fell in an ugly game to Florida on Saturday evening.

The entire college football slate kicks off next weekend.

The new Associated Press and Coaches' Poll top 25s will be updated on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
