Jordan Davis, a four-star defensive tackle out of Charlotte, has seven schools that are after him hardest, and has some in mind for official visits.
The Mallard Creek High School star is the No. 313 player in the class of 2018, per 247Sports.
The site ranks him No. 13 in North Carolina, and No. 27 among defensive tackles.
He spoke to Rivals about the schools that are after him the hardest, and where he may schedule his official visits.
“North Carolina, N.C. State, Michigan, Georgia, Miami, South Carolina, and Florida State have been in constant contact with me,” Davis said. “The good thing about me is that I can play at (left) tackle or defensive tackle.
“I need to plan out my official visits,” he said. “Hopefully we’ll take one soon during our bye week (September 2nd). I’m not sure yet but I think it will be somewhere far like Michigan, Miami or Florida State. I want to visit Michigan and Miami the most because I haven’t been there yet. I just want to explore my options.
Davis has taken two unofficial visits to North Carolina, one to Florida, Georgia, and NC State, and camped at Florida State.
Davis also holds a scholarship offer from Ole Miss.
