4-Star CB Jordan Miner Set To Commit On July 6

Four-star Tampa native Jordan Miner has set a decision date for July 6.

Miner, the No. 305 recruit in the class of 2018, is one of the most coveted cornerbacks in his class.

247Sports also ranks Miner No. 29 among cornerbacks and No. 49 in the state of Florida.

Since May, he has taken visits to Auburn, Georgia, Penn State, and Tennessee.

On Tuesday, he announced that a decision is coming on Thursday, July 6.

Per 247Sports' crystal ball, Penn State is considered the favorite to land Miner. Of the nine voters that have entered predictions, two-thirds believe he will end up in Happy Valley. Florida has two votes registered, and Tennessee has one.

It should also be noted that the last five predictions, all of which have come in since yesterday, have him heading to Penn State.

Miner has a number of other top offers, including Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Syracuse, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

We'll find out where he's heading in just over a week.
