Class of 2020 defensive back Jordan Morant has a loaded top 10. Last month, he revealed the programs that he is moving forward with.
Michigan and Penn State seem to be the favorites. The Wolverines have 44-percent of the 247Sports crystal ball predictions, while the Nittany Lions trail with 33-percent.
Another Big Ten power, Ohio State, hosted Morant on a visit late last month. We’ve seen the Buckeyes have quick turnarounds in recruitments.
The other seven schools that cracked the early-April top 10: Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, Texas A&M and USC.
He says he is open to other schools as well, but many of the usual suspects for a blue-chip player like Morant are represented here.
On Monday, Jordan Morant revealed when he will be committing to one of these programs.
He will be one of the commitments at the January 4 adidas All-American Game.

That means Morant will be waiting through the early signing period in December to make a call. Last year, we saw a few players wait until the January all-star games to announce publicly, who had already secretly signed with teams in December.
Morant, a star at Bergen Catholic in New Jersye, is the No. 143 player in the class of 2020. He’s the 7th-ranked safety and 4th-ranked player in New Jersey.
